Year long Strategic Leadership Coaching
Whether you are leading a high performing school or one with a history of struggle, let Bloom help you identify strategies, policies, and norms that can connect the gap between your leadership intentions and outcomes. Don’t leave anything on the table, plan and lead strategically to build capacity, fuel agency, and create access & success.
Small cohort of school leaders, with 3 years or less of leadership experience. Coaching aligned with usual planning schedule for schools.
3 hour virtual cohort sessions, every 2 months, 1 hour, 1:1 virtual coaching every two weeks.
Next cohort begins: Jan 10th, 2022-Feb 9th 2023 $3500 per person, max 10 members.
